This includes, but is not limited to, names, contact information, service history, financial details, and any other data you input into the platform. Business Connect (the platform provider) acts strictly as a Data Processor on your behalf. We process data only according to your instructions and our Terms of Service. Your Business Data (customer and staff information) is retained according to your instructions and our Terms of Service. Our Service offers sign-in via Google. When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google as permitted by your Google account settings. Some features within Business Connect may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance functionality (e.g., content generation, data analysis).
